Schedule a Session with Your Counselor

Please follow the steps below if you need to speak to someone from the guidance office (school counselors, military counselor, or school social worker).

1.  Click on the link below to complete the request form.

2.  An email notification will be sent to the school counselors.

3.  A counselor will reach out to set a meeting time during school hours.

When you are not at school and are experiencing a medical/mental health emergency, please call 911, use the Say Something app, or contact Integrated Family Services' Mobile Crisis at 1-866-437-1821. Integrated Family Services also has an Online Chat at http://www.integratedfamilyservices.net/ . These emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
